Fundación Andersen Iberia International Award
The Fundación Andersen Iberia International Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Promotion of Education is an annual award presented by the Fundación Andersen Iberia to individuals, organizations, or institutions whose work, commitment, and contributions have led to significant and sustained progress in access to, quality of, innovation in, or equity in education at the national or international level.
This award was created with the aim of highlighting exemplary careers that have made a decisive contribution to education as a driver of social transformation, human development, social cohesion, and equal opportunity. Through this recognition, the Fundación Andersen Iberia reaffirms its commitment to education as a fundamental right and as an essential pillar for building more just, inclusive, and democratic societies.
The award aims to highlight not only achievements established over time, but also the real, verifiable, and lasting impact of the recipient’s work on the lives of individuals, communities, or groups, as well as their contribution to educational innovation, the strengthening of educational systems, or the creation of educational opportunities for vulnerable individuals or groups.
The award will consist of the presentation of an official certificate, a commemorative trophy, and a monetary grant of €15,000, to be freely used by the recipient.
